Blanca, Muchas Gracias? por colocar tu video en YouTube. This is a great demonstration and I really enjoyed your video. I was looking for a mole recipe using chilli cascabel (cascavel-Guajillo). Tengo el Mole Dona Maria y con tu explicacion me das todos las ideas que necesito para concinar my first mole! Please don’t make sense of criticisms, your video is great and your food even better. Cuidate y sigue cocinado muchacha bilingue!

I use corn tortillas. I usually buy the ones that come in a packet called “Guerrero”

As for the time. Plan on about an hour. Usually the chicken takes about 40-45 min to cook. So I’d start browning everything once you put the chicken in as a beginner because the first time I tried to make this it seemed like it took me FOREVER. haha? so yeah.. plan on 45 min – 1 hr. Hope this helps and good luck!

I used about 5-7 chiles. I can’t quite remember. It depends on how spicy you want it. As for the sesame seeds, I used about 3/4 of the little packet? they come in. Hope that helps!
