I actually got a package of uncooked corn tortillas a while back and wasn’t
sure how to use them. This looks like a great recipe to try! Thank you!

I have never heard of Tomatillo Salsa. Does it come in hot and mild and
what kind of taste does have? Similar to regular salsa just green?

Thank you! It does end up being about 2-1/2 cups. Sorry I didn’t list it. I
just used the tomatillo salsa that I made in the upload before this. I hope
this helps. If you use tomatillo salsa from the store, I would think that
                        2-1/2 cups would work fine.

You can make it hot or mild, depending on how many jalapenos you add. I
added one to the salsa I made for this dish and it was a little hot, but
not too much. We like hot food, so it was perfect for us. You can make it
to your desired taste. If you purchase in the store, I would just look at
the jar – it usually will tell you if it is hot, mild, or whatever. Hope
                                this helps.
