great video the only suggest I would give is try using muenster cheese
next time it’s like Jack but with a richer taste, also a mix of mexican
cubeta cheese, queso fresco? hunk plus a hunk muenster or Jack in the chile
is delish too

Looks good, you know a easier way to prepare the onions is to grate them. I
learned that trick it works for any recipe requiring finely chopped or dice
So impressed with your recipe! Girlie, you could always coat the chile with
