Mom makes the best Chile rellenos using Poblano Peppers. I will attempt to
do the same using those Poblano Peppers and make her tomato sauce to top

Hi Robin, I love your recipes! I have two questions…one is what is the
texture of this dish? Is it like quiche? I wish cooking vids explained what
the dish tastes like (and texture in this dish). lol Also, can you make
this dish and then bake it the next day? I’m having young missionaries from
my church for dinner and they both love Mexican food, so I’m looking for
new dishes to fix. :o) One is from Texas and knows what good Tex-Mex food
is like, so I have to be on my game. lol I’d love to make flan also, so I
hope you have a vid on that. :o) Thank you so much for sharing your
wonderful recipes. Now if I could only find a channel for great Chinese.

Looks delish, but I don’t have canned chile’s…. Can and HOW would I use
fresh chile’s…. I have 5 of them. Would I dice and saute first or just
dice and bake according to instructions? Thank you?

Yes you can use fresh chiles for this dish. You need to char them over a
flame or grill them on a bbq. I should make a video on that don’t you
think? You want to blacken them completely, then place in a bowl covered
with plastic wrap for about 10 minutes and then peel the blackened part
off. cut off the end and remove seeds if you want. That’s basically it.
