Jokes aside, why not just microwave it?
(boil the chiles and the chicken in the same pan, reduces the flavours you
throw away with the water)

Your version of authentic is very different then mine. I dip the tortilla
in sauce then fry it, add the chicken and wala tastes amazing ?

That’s almost exactly how I make mines. Only I just use the red chiles only
(no strainer) and I don’t season it but I might do it next time, maybe the
sauce will have more flavor. I also mix Mexican cheese with minced onion
together in a bowl and put with the shredded chicken then roll it up and
the rest I put on top. Something about that Mexican cheese and minced onion
together taste so good and the onion doesn’t come out over powering.

@erikamvh1 Hi 🙂 Well since im not using cheddar cheese or monterey jack
cheese im not.. I dont have to… Im using Queso Fresco which doesnt need
to be melted so for that reason im not baking them.. Thanks for watching
